Project Description / Technologies
- Bear Electric provided electrical service for 60 different residential floor plans, including 24 memory care units, 87 assisted living units, and 105 independent living units.
- Tunable and dimmable lighting for circadian rhythm within the memory care units, which change from a warm light in the morning to a brighter white light during the day, and back to a warmer white in the evening.
- Tuneable lighting within the movie theater allowing for dimmable control, including a lighted marquee.
- Dimmable lighting controls in all common areas.
- Installation of dual-head car chargers outside and within the parking garage.
- Electrical installation of underground pumps for controlling the outside water features.
